Hypnosis Training: Practice Makes Perfect
Learning a new skill, the more you practice that skill, the better you become its that simple, it’s the same with hypnosis. Learning hypnosis techniques, you must practice, practice and more practice if you ever hope to become an authority in the art of hypnosis. The best hypnosis training is done on your friends and family. This way, you can practice what you’ve learned on people who will forgive and forget you if you make a mistake and won’t be annoyed because they paid for a service that you couldn’t complete.

Choose Your Cognitive Therapist Wisely
By: Larry Lloyd, Wed Apr 4th, 2007
The issue with cognitive therapy is the Therapy part. When someone needs cognitive therapy, how can you be sure that the therapist and the curriculum he/she is using will have the ability to adjust faulty thinking and self-defeating behaviors? There are numerous therapists out there each with their own interpretations and curriculum. Few if any, are evidence based with sufficient confirmation that what they’re using is right and useful.
