FROM THE WARRIOR SPIRIT TO THE SPIRITUAL WARRIOR Each of us developed a warrior spirit soon after our birth. Your first anger development occurred after the first few months of your life, coming to a head around the age of two, which is how the idea of the "terrible two's" developed.

By: Armie Chiu, Wed Apr 4th, 2007
Most, if not all, people have experienced a few episodes of panic attack in their lifetimes. When in a very stressful situation, your "fight or flight" response is triggered. When there is real danger, the response is normal. Instinct kicks in to help you survive the threat.

Everyone has a philosophy of life whether they realize it or not. This philosophy was largely instilled into your mind when you were a child and is unlikely to be something that you stopped to weigh up as it was going in.

The Eating Disordered Patient
Eating disorders - notably Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa - are complex phenomena. The patient with eating disorder maintains a distorted view of her body as too fat or as somehow defective (she may have a body dysmorphic disorder). Many patients with eating disorders are found in professions where body form and image are emphasized (e.g., ballet students, fashion models, actors).
